
Ip-Wing Kong, an American Chinese entrepreneur, philanthropist, and Zen artist, was born in Guangdong, China, in 1945. He moved to Hong Kong in his early years and later to New York, USA. In 1985, he founded the well-known Kong Kee Food Corp in New York, which produces and sells tofu products and other foods in the United States. His reputation in the business world grew steadily. After achieving success in the business arena, he developed a deep love for Zen calligraphy and painting, with a profound Buddhist nature. He has unique insights and understandings in sudden enlightenment through Zen practice and has formed his own distinctive artistic style of “Imagery Zen Calligraphy.”
In 2018, he began donating to the Center for Chinese Art at William Paterson University in New Jersey and was honored as its Honorary Director. In the same year, he established the New York Gallery of Chinese Art in Manhattan, New York, and became its director. He supports and funds numerous high-academic Chinese-American cultural and artistic exchanges. Mr. Kong is a respected entrepreneur in the Chinese community on the East Coast and a philanthropist who actively supports Chinese-American cultural and artistic exchanges.
Now he is employed as a member of the World Zen Art Center.

鄺業榮,美華人企業家,禪書畫家,慈善家。1945年出生於中國廣東。早年移居香港,後移居美國紐約。1985年在紐約創立知名的鄺記食品公司,生產和銷售豆製類食品。 商界聲譽與日俱增,在商海成功之後,閒暇時酷愛禪道書畫,佛緣深厚。對參禪頓悟有獨特的體會和領悟。並形成了自己獨特的“意象禪書”之風格。2018年開始捐款給威廉帕特森大學中國藝術中心,並榮任威廉帕特森中國藝術中心榮譽主任。同年,在紐約曼哈頓創建紐約中國藝術館,任其館長。並支持資助許多高學術的中美文化藝術交流。
鄺先生是美東華人社區受人尊敬的企業家,和積極支持中美文化藝術交流的慈善家。現特邀為世界禪藝術研究院院士。
