Jun-Ping Kong was born in June 1950 in Shenyang, China, graduated from college. Occupational physician and Tea specialist; She won the State Senior Tea specialist titles. Now lives in the United States. She is an Honorary Fellow of the World Zen Art Center; Tea regimen expert.

Her over the years to study the clinical use of medical health tea, such as weight loss, lipid-lowering, prevent arteriosclerosis, prevention of coronary heart disease, blood pressure, anti-aging, aid digestion, anti-cancer, hangover, diuretic, and to protect the stomach and inhibit bacterial.
